Acceptance of Terms
We accept clients worldwide, provided the output is in English and our payment terms are agreed. Other languages can be requested depending on the staff’s language proficiency.
VerifiedVirtualAssistants.com (“Us”, “Service provider”, “We” or “the site”) has been retained by the Client (“You”, “the user”) to provide services throughout the web as requested in the client’s job description.
By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, your agreement with us regarding the terms of service becomes effective immediately upon starting your use of this site and our services.
Office Hours
Our business is based in 31 Hedi Chaker street, Zaghouan 1100, Tunisia. Office hours are Mondays through Fridays, 9 am to 6 pm (GMT+1), unless agreed otherwise with the Service Provider.
Communication
Email (contact@verifiedvirtualassistants.com) and Skype/phone number (+216 52 535 077) are the primary forms of communication between Client and Service Provider.
Service Provider is mainly represented by business owner Chams Edhia Riahi.
Service Provider is available for communication during office hours only. Meetings and appointments might need to be prescheduled.
Responsabilities
Client understands that Service Provider is not an employee, and that this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals where mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration are expected. Due to the virtual nature of the relationship, the Client understands the importance of communication, especially via email, and agrees to respond to questions, requests and communications from Service Provider in a timely manner. The client understands that Service Provider is a business with other clients to serve, and requires fair, realistic notice in order to attend to requests and projects. Poor planning or miscommunication on the part of Client will not constitute an emergency for Service Provider. Client understands that Service Provider may require detailed clarification of projects in order to meet expectations and provide the best support and highest quality work, for which the service provider will keep as many communication channels open as possible.
Payment Options
All of our services are prepaid. Credit and debit cards are accepted as well as PayPal and Payoneer account money transfers. Other payment agreements can be discussed with the service provider.
Refund Policy
In the event of an error in the completed task, it will be corrected by us without any further charges.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
Modifications to the Services and Prices
Prices for our products and fee services are subject to change with 2 weeks notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Non-solicit Clause
Under the applicable laws, you agree that during your membership and during a period of 24 (twenty-four) months following the cancellation of my relationship with the company, under any cause and circumstance, you will not directly or indirectly solicit any of the company’s employees to leave their employment at the company and/or hire any employee that has provided his/her services to VerifiedVirtualAssistants.com. A fine of $5,500 US Dollars will incur in this case.
Accuracy
Client agrees that the accuracy of information supplied to Service Provider is the sole responsibility of Client, and that Service Provider is not responsible and shall not be held liable for the results of services performed on the basis of inaccurate, incomplete or untruthful information furnished by Client. Client assumes full responsibility for acceptance of work or services performed and agreed upon, as well as final proofing and accuracy. Service Provider is not responsible for errors or omissions on the Client’s part.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide our services to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
